What we have done:
- cooperated with the product team and designed a system according to strategic goals
- built from scratch first version of the system: admin tools, microservices, APIs, recommendations, analytics, reporting
- recruited mobile development team and led iOS and Android development
- assured GDPR and CCPA compliance in cooperation with the legal team
- created a base for succesfull, efficient and distributed technology team
- assisted with Mindfule’s first comercial contract.
